No more guessing sizes or worrying about returns; you’ll have the freedom to try our adaptive clothing in the comfort of your own home, before committing or parting with your funds. This service is all about empowering you with choice, comfort, and peace of mind.

1. Select the ‘Try Before You Buy’ button when adding items to your cart.
2. Enter your credit card details during checkout as normal. But don’t worry, the charged wont be processed until you decide what to keep. (it will show as pending in your account)
3. Once you receive your order, you will have five (5) days to try on your items.
4. We’ll send you a link via email and SMS to access your Customer Portal and complete the order.
5. Simply select your order and follow the steps to finalise your purchase.
6. You’ll only be charged for the items you decide to keep and simply return the rest, totally fuss free.

1. Choose up to five (5) full price items to try on in the comfort of your home (shipping is on us!)
2. A $12 restocking fee will be charged if all items are returned. If a least one item is kept, no restocking fee will be applied.
3. Items need to be returned (scanned at the post office) within 5 days of receiving your order, to be eligible for this service.
4. Returns outside of the 5-day try-on timeframe will only be issued a store credit if it is within 14 days receiving your order. Your card will be automatically charged.
5. This service is offered on full-priced clothing or select collections at our discretion.
